Order Processing

We typically process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • Business days = Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Important: These are estimated timelines. Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, strikes, bad weather, or customs clearance. We will notify you by email/SMS if an unexpected delay occurs.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • We ship via registered courier partners. Orders include tracking numbers where available.
  • If tracking is available, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link once the order ships.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, the courier may require a signature at delivery.
